During the photo verification, artificial intelligence compares your face with the photo on the documents in the registers. Photo verification is an important security element to ensure that only you can use your Diia.Signature.

How to pass the Diia.Signature verification on the first try:

• If you are not wearing glasses on your documents, remove them for Diia.Signature as well.

•  Hold the phone camera with your chin at the bottom of the frame and your forehead at the top. The bezel should remain green at all times.

• Choose a place with good lighting so that your face is clearly visible.

• The background should be monochromatic - no paintings, other people, furniture, or your favorite cat.

• Hold the phone at face level, not at the bottom or top.

• Make sure that the camera is not exposed to light from a lamp or the sun.
