Ukraine is launching a car buying/selling service in the Diia app at midnight, reducing bureaucracy, as announced by President Zelensky at the Diia 2023 summit.
As early as midnight tonight, Ukrainians will have access to the car buying and selling service in the Diia app. This was announced by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy during a speech at Diia Summit 2023, according to a UNN correspondent.
Another revolutionary service is something that is already freeing many of our citizens, millions of people, from bureaucracy. Tonight, at midnight, the online service for buying and selling cars in Diia will be launched. I congratulate you on this. In just 15 minutes, you will be able to buy or sell a car via your smartphone and receive a new registration certificate and license plates by mail. According to the President, the Diia app is a tool that helps people put the state under their control and refuse bureaucratic procedures.
It already includes 14 digital documents in a smartphone and more than 130 online services used by 20 million Ukrainian citizens.
"Each of the more than 130 online services in Diia means that more than 130 opportunities to take a bribe have been removed," Zelenskyy emphasized and said that the positive effect of the app's introduction "is measured in billions that our society has been able to earn additionally thanks to digitalization."
