In December, snow cover in Ukraine will remain mainly in the western regions and on the southern border, and the average temperature will be 1-1.5 degrees above the climate norm.

Forecasters expect that stable snow cover in the first ten days of December will remain only in western regions and the southern border. This was stated by a representative of the Natalia Ptukha, a representative of the Ukrainian Weather Center, reports an UNN correspondent.

She said, that according to forecasts, the average monthly temperature for December will be 1-1.5 degrees above the climate norm. Precipitation is expected to be within the normal range.

In the first ten days of of December, snow cover will be in the western regions and in some places in the northern of the country. Most of Ukraine will be dominated by an anticyclone, which will bring lower temperatures.

We expect that in the first ten days of December in the west of the country, in the Carpathians and along the northern border, snow cover will remain. And in the rest of the the rest of the country, there will be no stable snow cover, and the snow that is still there will mostly will mostly melt
