Currency exchange rate as of March 19: the dollar continues to grow

The National Bank of Ukraine has set the official hryvnia exchange rate at 38.9744 UAH/USD, devaluing it by 18 kopecks.
The National Bank today set the official exchange rate of the hryvnia at 38.9744 UAH/USD, devaluing it by 18 kopecks, UNN reports citing the NBU.
Details
The official dollar exchange rate is 38.97 UAH/USD. The NBU has also set the official exchange rate of the euro to the hryvnia at 42.44 UAH/euro.
According to the data on specialized websites, as of 9:20 am:
- A dollar can be bought for 39.05 UAH and sold for 38.60 UAH in banks.
- Euros can be bought for 42.85 UAH and sold for 42.20 UAH in banks.
- At exchangers, the dollar is traded at UAH 39.05-39.15, and the euro at UAH 42.65-42.85.
- On of the interbank market, the rates are 38.98-39.02 UAH/USD for the dollar and 42.43-42.46 UAH/€ for the euro, respectively.
