The Head of the President's Office, Kyrylo Budanov, stated during a visit to Vilnius that Europe's security is being decided in Ukraine today, and the advantage over Russia depends on technology, the speed of decisions, and the unity of allies. He reported this on social media, UNN writes.

According to Budanov, the experience of the full-scale war has proven the effectiveness of the comprehensive defense model, where the entire society is involved in the resistance. He noted that the Ukrainian approach and Lithuania's defense concept share a common principle – creating the most unbearable conditions possible for the aggressor in the occupied territory.
During his trip to Lithuania, Budanov met with the country's President, Gitanas Nausėda. The parties discussed the situation at the front, cooperation in the defense industry, and support for Ukraine's European integration.
