EU foreign ministers have not yet agreed on lifting restrictions on strikes against Russia with Western weapons. Each country will make its own decision on this issue, said Josep Borrell.
EU foreign ministers are still hesitant to lift restrictions on Ukraine's use of Western weapons to strike at Russian territory. This was stated by the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell, UNN reports.
"...this is a national decision. Each member state will make the decision it deems necessary. Today, there have been no decisions on this matter. Each country will do what it sees fit," Borrell said.
