Biden and Xi Jinping refuse to participate in the G20 virtual summit, which will feature Russian dictator Vladimir Putin.

US President Joe Biden and Chinese leader Xi Jinping refused to participate in the virtual G20 summit to which Russian dictator Vladimir Putin was invited. This was reported by Bloomberg, according to UNN.

Details 

It is noted that US President Joe Biden and Chinese President Xi Jinping will not participate in the virtual G20 meeting, which was scheduled for November 22, via video conference. 

At the same time, the Indian side did not  name the reason for their refusal.

Addendum 

Indian Foreign Minister Vinay Kwatra, at the summit, where Vladimir Putin will speak for the first time since 2021, China will be represented by Premier Li Qiang instead of Xi Jinping.
