Tonight, Russia attacked a community infrastructure facility. There were no civilian casualties. There is currently a direct threat of air pollution, so it is recommended to stay indoors with closed windows
It is noted that the TECCS commission made a decision on distance learning in general secondary education, vocational higher education and higher vocational schools. For parents who have no one to leave their preschoolers with, there will be regular groups in kindergartens.
Vitaliy Bunechko, head of the Zhytomyr RMA, told Radio Svoboda that no pollution is currently being recorded in the Zhytomyr region, and that the measures in the Zvyagel community are "preventive."
The fact that the Zvyagolye City Council recommended not to go outside today and decided that children should study remotely is more of a preventive measure and more of a test to see if we can work in an escalating situation. There is no direct threat now. An operational-investigation group is already working to establish and record Russian crimes against the peaceful infrastructure of the state
He said that the environmental inspection is now working to "reassure citizens."
