Activity of enemy subversive reconnaissance groups has significantly decreased - border guards
Kyiv • UNN
The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine reports a significant decrease in the activity of Russian subversive reconnaissance groups on the border with Ukraine. The defense forces control the entire length of the border, despite the enemy's attempts to conduct sabotage activities.
The Defense Forces have recorded a decrease in attempts by Russian sabotage and reconnaissance groups to enter the territory of Ukraine, but the enemy does not abandon its subversive activities. This was stated by the spokesman for the State Border Guard Service, Andriy Demchenko, during a telethon on Thursday, UNN reports.

"As for the attempts of subversive groups to enter our territory, I can note that their activity has significantly decreased, but we see that the enemy has not abandoned its subversive activities. Subversive reconnaissance groups were also detected in the Sumy sector," said Demchenko.
"We remember the case of an attempt to enter our territory in Chernihiv region, when the enemy set up their own rags, but we must understand that certain areas can be cut off from the border, as it is in Chernihiv region, by rivers. The Defense Forces control the entire length of the border with Russia within Chernihiv, Sumy and Kharkiv regions, but given the shelling and enemy actions, our Defense Forces units are holding those areas where it is more possible to build fortifications and fully control the border line," said the SBGS spokesman.
Recall
Ukrainian defenders in the Chernihiv region discovered a Russian tricolor that was installed near the border on a destroyed bridge over the Sudist River. The statement by Russian propagandists that the DRG entered the town of Hremyach is not true. They did not cross the bridge, the State Border Guard Service said.
