On Thursday night, Russian drones attacking Ukraine violated NATO airspace over Romania and German Eurofighter jets were alerted. The Romanian Ministry of Defense reported a 1.5-meter sinkhole in the Danube Delta near the Romanian village of Grind, 6.5 kilometers from the Ukrainian border.
The Romanian ministry said it was "possible" that it was a Russian drone.
