246 attacks occurred on the front, the most intense battles continue in four directions - General Staff

Over the past day, 246 combat engagements occurred on the front line. The most active hostilities continued in the Lyman, Kostiantynivka, Pokrovsk, and Huliaipole directions. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, writes UNN.

Yesterday, the enemy carried out three missile strikes, using three missiles, conducted 84 airstrikes, dropping 275 guided aerial bombs. In addition, they used 9,629 kamikaze drones and carried out 2,932 shellings of populated areas and positions of our troops, including 55 from multiple launch rocket systems

Over the past day, aviation, missile forces and artillery of the Defense Forces struck four command posts, five areas of concentration of enemy personnel, six artillery pieces, two UAV control points, and two other important enemy targets.

In the North-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions, four combat engagements with the enemy took place over the past day; the aggressor carried out 54 shellings of our troops' positions and populated areas, including one using MLRS.

In the South-Slobozhanskyi direction, the enemy attacked the positions of our units 13 times in the direction of Izbystske and in the areas of the settlements of Lyman, Starytsia, and Vovchansk.

In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy attacked eight times, in the direction of Hlushkivka, Kurylivka, Shyikivka, and Mala Shapkivka.

In the Lyman direction, the enemy tried to break into our defense 24 times, attacking in the areas of the settlements of Novoselivka, Yampil, Ozerne, and towards Lyman, Olhivka, Drobysheve, and Dibrova.

In the Sloviansk direction, the enemy stormed 16 times, near Riznykivka, Kalenyky, Zakitne, and towards the settlements of Rai-Oleksandrivka, Kryva Luka, Pyskunivka.

In the Kramatorsk direction, the occupiers attacked once near the settlement of Minkivka.

In the Kostiantynivka direction, the enemy carried out 21 attacks, near the settlements of Kostiantynivka, Illinivka, Ivanopillia, Pleshchiivka, Sofiivka, and towards the settlement of Kucheriv Yar.

In the Pokrovsk direction, our defenders stopped 21 assault actions of the aggressor in the areas of the settlements of Novooleksandrivka, Hryshyne, Rodynske, Kotlyne, Udachne, and towards the settlements of Novyi Donbas, Bilytske, Shevchenko, Novopavlivka.

In the Oleksandrivka direction, the invaders conducted one assault action in the direction of Sichneve, and were repelled.

In the Huliaipole direction, the occupiers carried out 30 attacks towards the settlements of Dobropillia, Huliaipilske, Vozdvyzhivka, Varvarivka, Zaliznychne, Rizdvianka, Charivne.

In the Orikhiv direction, our defenders stopped two attempts by the enemy to advance in the area of Stepnohirsk and towards Novoandriivka.

In the Dnipro direction, the enemy did not conduct offensive actions.

In the Volyn and Polissia directions, no signs of the formation of enemy offensive groupings were detected.
