221 combat engagements occurred on the front in a day, the enemy dropped 261 aerial bombs - General Staff

During the past day, 221 combat engagements occurred on the front line. The occupiers carried out 80 airstrikes, dropping 261 guided aerial bombs. In addition, the enemy used 9,591 kamikaze drones and conducted 2,975 shellings of settlements and positions of the Defense Forces, including 42 from multiple launch rocket systems. This was reported by UNN citing the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Aviation, missile forces, and artillery of the Ukrainian troops struck 11 areas of concentration of enemy personnel, four artillery systems, and three UAV control points.

Losses of the Russian invaders over the past day amounted to 1,390 people. Also, seven armored combat vehicles, 74 artillery systems, one multiple launch rocket system, seven ground robotic complexes, 1,851 unmanned aerial vehicles, 626 units of automotive equipment, and eight units of special enemy equipment were neutralized.

In the North-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions, two combat engagements with the enemy occurred; the aggressor conducted 69 shellings of positions of the Defense Forces and settlements, including two using MLRS.

In the South-Slobozhanskyi direction, the enemy attacked the positions of Ukrainian units 12 times in the direction of the settlements of Vilcha, Kozacha Lopan, Symynivka, Pokalyane, Bochkove, Kolodyazne, and in the area of the settlement of Starytsia.

In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy attacked twice, in the direction of Kucherivka and Hlushkivka.

In the Lyman direction, the enemy attempted to attack 20 times in the areas of the settlements of Novoselivka, Novomykhailivka, Kopanky, and towards Borova, Drobysheve, Ozerne, Lyman, Dibrova.

In the Sloviansk direction, the enemy stormed 16 times, near Riznykivka, Kalenyky, Zakitne, and towards the settlements of Rai-Oleksandrivka and Kryva Luka.

In the Kramatorsk direction, the occupiers attacked once near the settlement of Nykyforivka.

In the Kostiantynivka direction, the enemy conducted 14 attacks near the settlements of Kostiantynivka, Ivanopillia, Pleshchiivka, Illinivka, Sofiivka.

In the Pokrovsk direction, Ukrainian defenders stopped 28 assaults by the aggressor in the areas of the settlements of Rodynske, Vasylivka, Kotlyne, Udachne, Novooleksandrivka, Dorozhnie, and towards the settlements of Serhiivka, Muravka, Shevchenko, Vilne, Matyasheve.

In the Oleksandrivka direction, the invaders conducted three assault actions in the areas of Sichneve, Verbove, and Nove Zaporizhzhia, and were repelled.

In the Huliaipole direction, the occupiers conducted 22 attacks in the areas of the settlements of Dobropillia, Zlahoda, Olenokostiantynivka, and towards Huliaipilske, Hirke, Vozdvyzhivka, Tsvitkove, Staroukrainka, Charivne.

In the Orikhiv direction, Ukrainian defenders stopped the enemy's attempt to advance in the area of Stepove.

In the Prydniprovskyi direction, the enemy did not conduct offensive actions.
