President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported that during a meeting with Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha, he defined diplomatic tasks for May-June, including a restart of relations with Hungary and new steps toward EU accession, as well as regarding relations with Georgia and negotiations on ending the Russian war with possible European representation, UNN reports.
"Together with Andrii Sybiha, we updated our European foreign policy tasks for the period of May-June," Zelenskyy stated on social media.
On Hungary
At the team level, we are conducting an active dialogue with the new government of Hungary, and there are prospects for a constructive restart of relations. As the President reported, he and Sybiha also discussed the European integration track.

"Andrii Sybiha also reported on communication with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia. We strive for normalization of relations and cooperation based on mutual respect and mutual reinforcement, and we are ready to take steps forward," the President indicated.
Peace process
Specific tasks have been defined regarding negotiations on ending the Russian war and possible European representation in this process – for now, these tasks are non-public. We expect Europe to be strong, and for our part, we are doing everything to ensure that pan-European positions and interests are taken into account just as much as Ukrainian ones. Glory to Ukraine!
