Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that young citizens who do not fall under the mobilization or conscription age have a legal right to be outside the country. The head of state said this during a conversation with journalists, reports UNN.

According to the president, the issue of Ukrainians staying abroad should be considered taking into account age, legal status, and obligations to the state.
Zelenskyy emphasized that not all young people abroad can be equated, as there are those among them who are not subject to mobilization.
At the same time, the president stressed that citizens who meet the criteria established by law must bear responsibility for the defense of the state.
Young people who are not of conscription age have the right to be abroad
