For reference
Forward Surgical Team (FST) - designed to perform surgical interventions directly in the field.
The complex makes it possible to quickly perform emergency medical procedures for seriously wounded soldiers near the battlefield. After the necessary manipulations are performed, patients are stabilized and prepared for transportation to other medical units in the rear for further treatment in field hospitals or inpatient facilities.
Each field surgical complex consists of three three-axle military trucks with a trailer (six modules in total). The modules remain mounted on the truck and trailer even during operation.
