Vice Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration — Minister of Justice of Ukraine Olha Stefanishyna stated that our country has gathered enough information that sanctioned individuals and companies are involved in financing Russian aggression against Ukraine.

Ukraine has collected a significant amount of data confirming the direct connection of sanctioned individuals, companies and sectors subject to restrictions with the financing of Russian aggression and support of the Russian military machine. We are ready to provide this information to any EU member state and look forward to close coordination of efforts
The event took place on April 10 at the headquarters of the European Commission in Brussels. The group focused on the EU's sanctions policy. They also discussed measures to seize and confiscate the assets of individuals and legal entities involved in sponsoring Russia's armed aggression against Ukraine.
Sanctions are in place and they are working. We have a common approach to their implementation at the level of EU member states. Ukraine remains involved in this process and fully adheres to the basic principles of sanctions policy

The European Commission's Working Group on the Freezing and Confiscation of Assets was established in March 2022 to ensure the effective implementation of EU sanctions against individuals and companies that support Russia.
The group's goal is to identify, freeze and, where possible, confiscate the assets of individuals who support Russia's aggression. The group includes representatives from all 27 EU member states, the European Commission, Eurojust, Europol and other relevant bodies.

In Brussels, Stefanishyna also announced that technical consultations will be held in Washington with the teams of the Ministries of Justice and Economy regarding the agreement between Ukraine and the United States on mineral resources.
