Currently, at the country's largest stations, queues at ticket offices do not exceed 10 people per cashier, in Kyiv, considering the largest passenger flow in the country, the number of passengers in the queue reaches 15-20 people
For passengers who came to buy tickets, free tea and water were organized at the stations in Kyiv, Dnipro, Odesa, Kharkiv, and Lviv.
Assistants - station "angels" - work at the largest stations, they are easy to find thanks to their orange clothing. They will advise and provide the necessary assistance if needed
The company reminded that tickets at the ticket offices are primarily sold to military personnel, the elderly, and passengers with children. It was also emphasized that trains are running on schedule.
