The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has published the structure of the "Shvabe" holding of the state corporation "Rostec". It concerns 48 enterprises of the "Shvabe" holding, UNN reports with reference to GUR.

The information is published on the War&Sanctions portal. According to Ukrainian military intelligence, the structure of "Shvabe" includes, in particular, foreign assets - the Chinese company SHVABE OPTO-ELECTRONICS CO., LTD and the Belarusian enterprise "Shvabe (Minsk)", which expand the holding's capabilities to access technologies and component base.
Despite positioning itself as a manufacturer of medical equipment, the holding's enterprises are involved in the creation of a wide range of military products - from strike and reconnaissance UAVs to sighting systems for aviation and armored vehicles, thermal imagers, as well as components for ballistic missiles and guided artillery ammunition.
At the same time, 30 of these enterprises are still not under restrictions from any of the countries of the sanctions coalition. Among them:
- "Moscow plant "Sapphire" - a manufacturer of photodiodes for "Iskander-M" ballistic missiles and photodetectors for guided "Krasnopol-M2" artillery shells;
- "Central Design Bureau "Foton", which produces laser rangefinders and thermal imagers;
- JSC "Germanium" for the production of germanium and its compounds, which are used for the manufacture of infrared optics, optical fiber, as well as in the nuclear and radio-electronic industries.
