The Pechersk District Court of Kyiv extended the detention of the former head of the Commission for Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries (KRAIL) Ivan Rudyi until May 26. He is suspected of facilitating the activities of the Russian online casino Pin-Up in Ukraine. This was reported to UNN by the Office of the Prosecutor General.
The Prosecutor General's Office reported that the court extended the preventive measure until May 26 for the former head of the Commission for Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries (KRAIL) in the form of detention.

In 2024, the then head of the Commission for Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries, Ivan Rudyi, was detained for supporting the activities in Ukraine of an online casino from the Russian Federation. The court sent Rudyi to the pre-trial detention center without the right to bail.
