Since the beginning of 2026, 2,336 Ukrainians have already used the state affordable housing program, eOselya. The total amount of preferential loans issued exceeded UAH 4.5 billion, which indicates a stable demand for the program among citizens. This was reported by the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, according to UNN.

Last week alone, 184 new loans totaling UAH 363.5 million were issued under the program.
Of these, preferential loans at 3% per annum were received by 73 servicemen and security sector employees, 6 doctors, 5 teachers, and 4 scientists.
Mortgages at 7% were received by 64 Ukrainians without their own housing, 31 internally displaced persons, and one veteran.
The largest number of loans last week were issued in Kyiv Oblast – 61, in Kyiv – 43, in Lviv Oblast – 13, and in Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast – 11.
The eOselya program is part of the state policy "Made in Ukraine" and provides affordable mortgages for certain categories of citizens.
