Sybiha emphasized that the governments of African states can help prevent new cases of recruitment. To this end, he said, it is necessary to investigate the activities of the relevant networks, warn citizens about fraudulent job offers, and jointly establish the fate of those who have already been sent to russia’s war against Ukraine.
Ukraine is ready to share relevant information and cooperate with African partners so that none of their citizens becomes a victim of deception and exploitation again or is sacrificed to russia’s neocolonial war
