President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky resorted to the "day of diplomatic vocabulary" and noted that Russia should go "for three letters", reports UNN.
"What should Russia do? Preferably with three letters. It is clear that it does what it does — kills us, and we defend ourselves and fight the enemy. So far, our plan has not changed. We want to be stronger so that this war ends in 2025," Zelensky said during a briefing with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz.
At the end, he added: "Sorry for the non-diplomatic vocabulary.
The president also noted that Ukraine continues to insist on the full restoration of its territorial integrity. Zelensky also insists on the importance of NATO membership for the security and prosperity of Ukraine, and stressed that the war is in a "difficult period".
Recall
The German Chancellor made an unannounced visit to Kiev for the first time since the summer of 2022. According to Bild, Scholz wants to know Zelensky's position on possible peace talks before Trump's potential victory.
