Advisor to the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Mykhailo Podolyak, in the case of the explosions that damaged the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline, pointed the finger at Russia, in a comment to Reuters on Thursday, writes UNN.

"Such an act can only be carried out with extensive technical and financial resources ... and who possessed all this at the time of the bombing? Only Russia", Podolyak said in written comments.
"Ukraine has nothing to do with the Nord Stream explosions", Podolyak said, adding that Ukraine did not gain any strategic or tactical advantage from the explosions.

The Nord Stream 1 and 2 pipelines, which transport gas along the bottom of the Baltic Sea, were subjected to a series of explosions in September 2022, seven months after Russia launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
Germany, Denmark and Sweden have launched investigations, and the Swedes have found traces of explosives on several objects removed from the explosion site, confirming that the explosions were intentional acts.
Polish prosecutors said on Wednesday that "Poland has received a European arrest warrant issued by Berlin in connection with the explosions, but the suspect, a Ukrainian named Volodymyr Z., has already left Poland", the publication writes.
