The issue of serving a notice of suspicion of aiding and abetting Russia and illegal possession of drugs to Ivan Rudyi, head of the Commission for Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries (CRGL), is being resolved. This was reported by the SBI Communication Advisor Tetiana Sapian during a telethon, UNN reports.
"The issue of serving him a notice of suspicion of aiding the aggressor state and illegal possession of drugs on a large scale is currently being decided," Sapian said.
According to her, during the searches, cocaine in large quantities was found and seized from the head of KRAIL.
"The next stage after serving him with a notice of suspicion will be the choice of a preventive measure. The prosecution will ask for detention," Sapyan said.
