Latvia has strengthened security around a hydroelectric dam upstream from its capital Riga and at a vast underground gas storage facility due to intelligence indicating a threat from Russia. This was stated in a comment to Reuters by the country's Prime Minister Andris Kulbergs, reports UNN.
