Kuleba: US aid will arrive by November

Ukraine's Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba expects the blocked US military aid to arrive by November.

Ukraine's Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba believes that the US aid, which is still blocked in Congress, will arrive by November.  He said this on the sidelines of a meeting of NATO foreign ministers in Brussels, Sky TG24 reports, UNN reports. 

"I think the US aid will come. By November,"  Kuleba said. 

Kuleba also indicated that he considers the recent public comments of House Speaker Mike Johnson on unblocking US financial aid to be optimistic and expressed confidence that US aid will arrive anyway.
