EU diplomacy chief Kaja Kallas condemned Russia's attacks on Ukraine and stated that in response she will propose more restrictions "targeting the Russian military-industrial complex." She reported this on social media X, writes UNN.

As Kallas noted, Russia's indiscriminate attacks on Kyiv and other regions "lead to civilian casualties deliberately, not accidentally."
Furthermore, according to her, the strike on the honorary consulate of Latvia in Sloviansk "underscores Moscow's complete disregard for international law."
In response to today's strikes, we will summon the Russian ambassador, and I will propose additional sanctions measures against the Russian military-industrial complex
