Iran has allowed a Qatari liquefied natural gas (LNG) vessel to pass through the Strait of Hormuz amid the war and the tense situation in the region. This was reported by Reuters, according to UNN.

According to LSEG shipping data, the Qatari tanker was heading through the Strait of Hormuz to Pakistan on Saturday.

Reuters sources claim that Tehran approved the vessel's passage to build confidence with Qatar and Pakistan, which are acting as mediators in the war.
