In Rivne region, the search for a missing boy from Kolky village has been ongoing for five days. The work of rescuers is complicated by strong winds and rain, but police, dog handlers, divers, and volunteers are involved in the operation, and drones are used to survey the area from the air and water. Rescuers from Cherkasy region arrived to assist law enforcement officers. Thanks to modern equipment, they are examining the river more thoroughly and quickly.
On April 5, at about 3 p.m., two boys from Kolky village, aged 2 and 4, went cycling and did not return. The younger one, Vladyslav, was found in a body of water the same day.
The search for the older one, Dmytro, is still ongoing. Every day, police community officers, criminologists, dog handlers, operatives, rescuers, border guards, divers, "Khizhak" fighters, and concerned citizens are involved in the search. Drones are used to survey the area from the air and in the water.
The operation is complicated by strong winds and rain. However, dozens of kilometers of land and water bodies have already been surveyed. Hundreds of households have been checked. Unfortunately, there are no results yet. The search continues
