"Unfortunately, we have two preliminary casualties as a result of the Russian attack. We are clarifying," he added.
At 03:08, the head of the Solomiansky district state administration in Kyiv, Serhiy Movenko, reported on the first consequences of the enemy shelling of the capital. According to him, a residential building in the Solomiansky district was hit.
