The Foreign Intelligence Service notes that filtering measures will be applied to Ukrainians from the Russian side. The risks can be found here.

In addition, it is emphasized that safety should be a priority, so when returning to the territory controlled by Ukraine, it is recommended to use only reliable routes that will minimize the risks of violating your rights and freedoms.
