Russia struck Ukraine overnight with 112 drones of various types; 90 were shot down or suppressed, the Air Force reported on Friday, UNN writes.

According to the Ukrainian Air Force, during the night of August 14 (starting at 18:00 on August 13), the enemy attacked with 112 Shahed-type attack UAVs (including jet-powered ones), Gerbera drones, "Banderoль" loitering munitions, and "Parody"-type decoy drones from the following directions: Kursk, Oryol, Millerovo – Russia; the temporarily occupied territory of Donetsk; and Hvardiiske – the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
The air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile forces, electronic warfare and unmanned systems units, and mobile fire groups of the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
According to preliminary data, as of 08:00, air defenses had shot down/suppressed 90 enemy Shahed-type UAVs, Gerbera drones, and drones of other types in the north, south, and east of the country. Hits by enemy air attack weapons were recorded at 11 locations, as well as the fall of downed drones (debris) at 6
The attack is ongoing; several enemy UAVs are in the airspace.
