According to the president, part of the funding should be directed specifically toward the production of drones for Ukraine.
"We expect the 90 billion European support package to become operational no later than the beginning of June, and for the first part of the funding to go directly to the production of drones, which we critically need,"
He also called on the European Union to accelerate the negotiation process regarding Ukraine's membership.
"We must open the first clusters and provide an impetus for Ukraine's EU membership. Everything is ready for the opening of the first cluster,"
In Zelenskyy's opinion, this will serve as an important political signal for both Europe and Russia.
