Air defense units of the "South" Air Command have shot down a rare Iranian Mohajer-6 drone over the Black Sea, launched by the Russians on Tuesday. The reconnaissance and strike UAV was sneaking up on Odesa region. This was reported by the Defense Forces of the South of Ukraine. reports UNN

It is noted that in 2022, the Russians purchased about about 30 such drones. The first of the drones launched into Ukrainian airspace was shot down by the Defense Forces of the South shot down the first one over the Black Sea in September of the same year.

The Mohajer-6 is designed for reconnaissance and attack. It can carry 4 guided missiles and equipment weighing up to 100 kg.
