Ukraine exports 56 million tons through the Black Sea corridor amid Russian attacks

Since August 2023, Ukraine has exported 56 million tons of cargo, including more than 37.4 million tons of agricultural products, through the Black Sea Humanitarian Corridor, despite Russia's ongoing attacks, according to the US Ambassador to Ukraine.

 The sea corridor created by the Navy since August 2023 has provided exports of 56 million tons of cargo, said US Ambassador to Ukraine Bridget Brink, reports UNN

"Incredible Ukraine: In the face of Russia's ongoing attacks, Ukraine has sent more than 2,000 ships carrying 56 million tons of products for export... through the Black Sea Humanitarian Corridor," Brink wrote on social media site X on Saturday.

Earlier it was reported that since August 2023, the sea corridor has exported 55 million tons of cargo, of which more than half (37.4 million tons) were agricultural products.
