From now on, hospitals will exchange documents with military units and recruitment centers through an electronic document management system. The Ministry of of Defense, together with the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Digital transformation and civil society organizations have developed amendments to the legislation to simplify the processes related to the passage of the military medical commission (MMC). for wounded servicemen of the Armed Forces and the Ministry of Defense. This includes:

-          resolution of the MEC on the need for leave for treatment;

-          resolution of the military qualification commission on unfitness for military service;

-          other documents required for the formation of the MEC decision.

It is noted that the system of electronic document management system has been deployed in most military units, TCCs and JFOs, as well as in military hospitals and civilian healthcare facilities where wounded servicemen undergo military medical examination.

Documents on the decision of the MEC on leave or medical unfitness for military service in will be sent electronically to the military unit by the health care facility, and the serviceman can then immediately go to the MCC and the JIC at the place of of residence or vacation.
