The Ministry of Defense reported that it is studying information about an incident involving the use of a weapon by a TCR employee in Shchaslyve, Kyiv region, where a man in military uniform shot at another man who was fleeing. Earlier, the police reported that the shooting was opened by a representative of the DFTG, not the TCR, UNN reported.

"The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is studying information about the incident involving the use of weapons by an employee of the territorial recruitment center in Shchaslyve. To clarify the circumstances, the Main Inspectorate of the Ministry of Defense (GIMO) has launched an investigation into the legality of the actions of the TCC representative and the grounds for using weapons," the Defense Ministry said.
The defense ministry emphasized that "in case of establishing the facts of abuse of power or detecting signs of a criminal offense, the materials will be sent to law enforcement agencies for further investigation and appropriate decisions.

According to police, in the village of Shchaslyve, Boryspil district, Kyiv region, a man in uniform, previously a representative of the DFTG, shot at another man who was running away. Law enforcement officers are establishing the circumstances of the incident.
