Sennichenko and others are charged with legalization of more than UAH 10 billion

Dmytro Sennichenko, former head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine, is accused of laundering more than UAH 10 billion together with his criminal group. The crimes concern large state-owned enterprises, including Odesa Port Plant JSC.
Former Head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine Dmytro Sennichenko and members of his criminal group have been renewed suspicions. They are charged with legalizing more than UAH 10 billion. UNN reports this with reference to the SAPO.
Under the procedural guidance of SAPO prosecutors, NABU detectives reported new suspicions, namely, legalization (laundering) of proceeds of crime in the amount of more than UAH 10 billion, to members of a criminal group headed by the former head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine
The actions of the members of the criminal group are qualified under Art. 255, Part 1, 2, 3, Art. 364, Part 3, Art. 209 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and Part 5, Art. 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

Details
The SAPO recalled that among the members of the criminal organization (all positions are indicated at the time of the crime):
- the head of the State Property Fund, whom the investigation considers to be the organizer of the crime and the head of the criminal organization;
- co-organizer of the crime - a person close to the head of the SPFU;
- advisor to the head of the SPFU;
- two persons who at different times acted as director of Odesa Port Plant JSC;
- acting Acting Head of the United Mining and Chemical Company JSC;
- two owners of the LLC that won the auction for the OPP;
- two persons who were accomplices in the crime.
Addendum
In March 2023, the former Head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine, Dmytro Sennychenko, was served with a notice of suspicion of leading a criminal group that seized more than UAH 500 million of state-owned enterprises, including the largest chemical enterprise in Ukraine, Odesa Port Plant JSC, in 2019-2021.
