"It will be designed for 400 people and should be ready for the start of the new school year. High-quality education of our children is the key to Ukraine's well-being, so we must ensure safe offline learning," Kiper emphasizes.

The head of the regional state administration also visited the Bereziv Central District Hospital. In 2020, the medical institution was included in the "Big Construction" project of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, under which the admission and diagnostic department was overhauled in 2021 and the hospital received a CT scanner.

"I talked to the medical staff, discussed their needs, and we will work to provide them. The hospital is currently reconstructing one of the premises for housing for internally displaced persons. We have already dismantled the stairs, installed the roof and completely replaced the windows, and strengthened the wall structures. We are currently working on the interior," Kiper said.

As a reminder, Odesa region is the leader among Ukrainian regions in terms of the number of schools operating offline during the war. In a recent interview, Kiper saidthat he dreams of Ukrainian children sleeping in their own beds instead of corridors and shelters, and forgetting about the war as a bad dream.
