Rheinmetall has received an order to supply 20 Marder 1A3 infantry fighting vehicles to Ukraine. Delivery is scheduled for the first half of 2025, with funding provided by Germany.
The German arms company Rheinmetall has received an order to supply 20 additional Marder infantry fighting vehicles to Ukraine, according to the company's website, UNN reports.

"In December 2024, the Düsseldorf-based Rheinmetall Technology Group received an order to supply 20 more Marder 1A3 infantry fighting vehicles to Ukraine. Delivery is scheduled for the first half of 2025. The order value is in the double-digit millions of euros," the company said in a statement.
The delivery will be financed by Germany. In total, Rheinmetall has supplied hundreds of Marder infantry fighting vehicles to the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
