Putin said that during the "combined strike" against Ukraine, "in combat conditions, Russia tested one of the newest Russian medium-range missile systems" "with a ballistic missile in non-nuclear hypersonic equipment," which he called "Oreshnik."
At the same time, Putin again resorted to threats, according to the Russian media, stating that "we consider ourselves entitled to use our weapons against those countries that allow their weapons to be used against our targets.
