On the territory of the National Museum of Folk Architecture and Life of Ukraine, the first stones were laid for the foundation of the future exhibition "Crimean Tatar Estate" and, as a sign of unity with the Crimean land, sand brought from Crimea was scattered into the foundation. An important event of this year's celebration of the Crimean Tatar Flag Day was the ceremony of laying the first house of the future exhibition "Crimean Tatar Estate" on the territory of the National Museum of Folk Architecture and Life of Ukraine.
It is from this that the creation of a museum space dedicated to the cultural heritage of the Crimean Tatar people will begin.

Refat Chubarov, Chairman of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People, and Aider Rustemov, Chairman of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Crimea, laid the first stones for the foundation of the future "Crimean Tatar Estate" and, as a sign of unity with the Crimean land, scattered sand brought from Crimea into the foundation.
Also, Akhtem Seitablayev received a Quran from the head of the Crimean Tatar Mejlis as a thank you for his public support of the Crimean Tatars.

Crimean Tatar National Flag Day is not just about a symbol. It is about the right of the Crimean Tatar people to self-determination within the sovereign and independent Ukrainian state. It is about people, memory, culture that lives despite the occupation, and our shared belief in the liberation of Crimea.
Reminder
On Friday, June 26, on the occasion of the Crimean Tatar Flag Day, the national flag of the Crimean Tatars was raised near the building of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. From now on, it will fly alongside the state blue-and-yellow flag, as well as the flags of the European Union, the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the National Guard, and other units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine, which also fly near the building.
