Ombudsman: Russia is using the exchange issue to destabilize the situation in Ukraine

The Russians are using the issue of prisoner exchange to destabilize the situation in Ukraine, Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets has said.
The Russians are using the issue of prisoner exchange to destabilize the socio-political situation in Ukraine, said Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets on Saturday, UNN reports.
Russia is using the topic of exchanges to undermine the social and political situation in Ukraine!
According to him, the enemy began calling relatives of prisoners of war en masse and informing them that they are ready to return the prisoner, but Ukraine does not want to take him.
"Russians encourage relatives of prisoners of war to organize rallies and meetings, persuade them to block streets and administrative buildings, as if this will force Ukraine to 'conduct' exchanges. However, Ukraine has never stopped the exchange process," Lubinets said.
