According to him, the Russian military hit residential areas of the region's settlements, the territory of factories, an educational institution, a medical facility and a store in Kherson.
"As a result of Russian aggression, 1 person was killed and 1 more was wounded," Prokudin added.

On November 22, Russian occupants again attacked residential areas of Kherson. One person was killed as a result of the attack.
