Nataliia Udodenko took part in the conference “All-Ukrainian XXXI Day of Logistician”

Traditionally, on the last Friday of November, the Ukrainian logistics community met at the XXXI All-Ukrainian Logistics Day, the most prominent industry event in the market.

The conference brought together more than 2,000 participants from all over Ukraine, including warehousing and transportation logistics specialists, manufacturing representatives, logistics business service providers, distributors and retail chains. The event included several platforms for expert presentations and a specialized exhibition of modern logistics solutions. About 53 companies presented their products and services.

This year's event was dedicated to the prospects for the development of supply chains and new opportunities in the industry.

Nataliia Udodenko, Logistics Process Manager at AB InBev Efes Ukraine, delivered a presentation at the conference on “Supply Chain Optimization with Integrated Planning S&OP”. In her presentation, Nataliia explained the importance of this tool for aligning sales, production and procurement processes, which contributes to the optimal solution of the company's operational tasks.

“S&OP helps AB InBev Efes Ukraine to effectively cope with seasonal fluctuations in demand, which is critical for beer production. Thanks to the integrated approach, we can plan production and distribution based on sales peaks, which ensures that we meet our customers' needs and significantly optimizes the use of resources,” Natalia said.

The event was organized by the B2B media group TradeMasterGroup, which has been bringing together logistics market experts for over 15 years. The conference was held at the ACCO International Exhibition Center.
