President of Ukraine Zelensky discussed with the Minister of Defense the issues of motivation, certainty of service and recruitment.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting with Defense Minister Rustem Umerov and his team - the agenda included "issues of motivation, issues of certainty of service, issues of replenishment," UNN reports.
"I held a meeting with the Minister of Defense and the team. We are preparing solutions to the issues raised by our units and combat brigades. The issue of motivation, the issue of certainty of service, the issue of replenishment. The defense forces are based on people. And people are spirit and weapons. We have to provide both components. I thank everyone who helps!" Zelensky said during his evening video address.
