Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov will remain in his position, and information regarding his appointment to the post of Vice Prime Minister for Reconstruction - Minister of Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine is not true. At the same time, the country's authorities are considering the possibility of dismissing Oleksiy Kuleba, UNN reports, citing MPs Oleksiy Honcharenko and Yaroslav Zheleznyak.

Initially, Honcharenko reported that Terekhov's candidacy was being considered for the post of Vice Prime Minister for Reconstruction, currently held by Oleksiy Kuleba. Later, he stated that Terekhov would remain in his position.

At the same time, Zheleznyak stated that Kuleba would likely still leave his post.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting with Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov. They discussed the interaction of authorities and the needs of the city community, which suffers daily from Russian strikes.
