General Staff on the situation at the front: 54 combat clashes, hottest in the Pokrovsk direction

In total, 54 combat engagements have taken place since the beginning of the day. In the Lyman direction, the invading army attacked 10 times, and in the Pokrovsky direction - 12, UNN reports with reference to the General Staff summary.

In the Kharkiv direction, the enemy is conducting one offensive operation in the area of Vovchansk. The battle is currently ongoing.

In the Kupyansk direction, the enemy carried out one assault operation near Zahryzove.

In the Lyman direction, the invading army attacked 10 times near the settlements of Serhiivka, Nove, Kolodyazi and in the directions of Hrekivka and Novomykhailivka. Two clashes are still ongoing.

In the Siversky direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled four attempts by the occupiers to advance in the areas of Bilohorivka and Verkhnyokamyanske, and one more attack is still ongoing.

In the Toretsk direction, the enemy attacked six times near Toretsk and Shcherbynivka. At the moment, all combat engagements have been completed.

In the Pokrovsky direction, since the beginning of the day, the occupiers have made 12 attempts to dislodge our defenders from their positions in the areas of Kalynove, Shevchenko, Zelene Pole, Yelyzavetivka, Andriivka and Bohdanivka. The defense forces are holding back the enemy's pressure and repelled nine attacks, three combat engagements are still ongoing.

Today, in the Novopavlivka direction, the enemy attacked once in the area of Kostiantynopol.

In the Huliaipil direction, the enemy carried out five attacks in the area of Novosilka and in the direction of Shevchenko, two attacks are still ongoing. In addition, the enemy launched an air strike on Huliaipole with unguided missiles.

In the Orikhiv direction, our defenders repelled four enemy assaults in the area of Stepove and Shcherbaky, two combat engagements are still ongoing.

In the Kramatorsk and Prydniprovsky directions, the enemy did not conduct active offensive actions.

In the Kursk region, Ukrainian defenders repelled six Russian attacks, and three more combat engagements are still ongoing. Since the beginning of the day, the enemy has launched 33 air strikes, dropping a total of 58 guided aerial bombs on the positions of our troops and populated areas, and carried out 154 artillery shellings, including seven from multiple launch rocket systems.

The situation on other front lines has not undergone significant changes, the General Staff summarized in the report.
