FT: Ukraine, Russia negotiate exchange of prisoners in Kursk region

Ukraine captures hundreds of Russian soldiers during an offensive in the Kursk region of Russia. Russia approaches Ukraine to discuss a prisoner exchange, and negotiations have already begun.
