As a reminder, today the investigating judge of the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv, Viktor Kytsyuk, held a court session to cross-examine the second witness in the criminal proceedings concerning the murder of People's Deputy Yevhen Shcherban.
Witness Serhiy Zaitsev is being questioned in the absence of former Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko.
